Reimagining The Batman

A character study exercise, trying to reimagine "The Bat-Man" as a noir tale set in an fantastical version of early 1900s Hong Kong. In the reimagining, the main character (Chang'e) is a singer that lives a double life as a moonlight thief of the richest during the late of the night. She eventually crosses paths with a mysterious masked figure stalking the crime lords of the city, and together they uncover secrets hidden in the heart of the city.
